Dear Homeowners,

 

As you are all aware, the Board of Directors for Summerfield at Holtsville HOA, Inc. has hired a new security company.  The name of the new company is P.S.A Security Services and Consulting.

 

The transition from the previous security company to updating all records for the new security company is currently being taken care of.  We are working on updating the

database for all homeowners.

 

The new security company is starting at 12:00 AM on December 31, 2020.  While we are in the process of setting up the database to ensure all information is correct for the new security company, starting on December 31, 2020, you should be expecting to receive more phone calls, between the hours of 6:00am until 10:00pm, for allowing visitors through the gates.

 

The Board appreciates your patience and understating during this transition process. Once the database and the new system is finalized, we will all be able to enjoy the benefits of the new security company as well as the new Gate Key Advanced Visitor Management System.

 

We will keep you updated as the database is being set up and when it is completed. Upon completion of the database, notification will be sent to all homeowners with instructions and log in information so residents will be able to connect anytime to update their personal and guest information.
