Dear Summerfield Residents,

This is a reminder that the annual meeting and election is being held, Wednesday, December 5^th at 7:00PM.  If you have not already submitted your proxy or you are unable to attend Wednesday’s election please drop off your completed proxy at the clubhouse before December 5^th.

It is imperative that we meet our quorum of 51% or it will cost the HOA to re-mail proxies to homeowners.

Thank you and please don’t forget to VOTE.
